(Cuddling together on DB’s pillow) “Why you have pretty hair Mom?”
“You think my hair is pretty?”
“Yeah! Why you have long hair?”
“’Cause I like it.”
“It’s like a road. For the cars.”
(PS—DB has adopted the phrase “’Cause I like it!” to be the answer to any “why question. Example: “Why are you jumping on Daddy?” “Cause I like it!!”)
